  • Rule Description (Click on an underlined value to edit it): The section describes the Rule. It displays the rule conditions and rule actions. Moreover, it allows specifying the required parameters according to the rule conditions and actions. For example, if you have selected “Where the To line contains people” in the “Select the Conditions for your rule,” and “Move it to the specified folder” in the “Select the Actions for your rule” sections; then here you have to specify the email addresses that appear in the To filed and the email folder where the emails will be moved.

  • Name of the rule: Here, you type a name for the rule.

After you have specified the rule conditions and actions, the Rule Description section displays them along with underlining the parameters that need to be modified according to the rule’s conditions and actions, as shown below:

  1. To edit the conditions and actions values, click the underlined phrase and provide the required information. Once you have provided the required parameters, they will appear in the Rule Description (Click on an underlined value to edit it) section:
